Our Service History
Year 2019
This was our foundation year. We were initially called C-Suite Safety Solutions. This changed in 2022 in response to client feedback.
Working with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) was the first opportunity to demonstrate our skills by leading a national Business Assurance Program across multiple distribution centres.
Year 2020
As the year unfolded, our focus shifted to the emerging risks brought on by the ever changing circumstances of the pandemic.
Business continuity, home based work, and system updates became the main theme for the remainder of the year.
We provided direct support to Protecht ERM, a risk management software company, where we assisted them to revise the user interface for safety management.
Year 2021
It was a year of change and growth. Supporting all manner of organisations through the reality of COVID19 and state border closures.
Working with Leading Age Services Australia (LASA) and the Governance Institute of Australia (GIA) were key highlights delivering governance and risk sessions for both organisations and their member organisations.
Year 2022
This year has been a year of growth and a year of change.
Returning clients, ongoing agreements with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Leading Age Services Australia (LASA) and the Governance Institute of Australia (GIA)
We are broadening our service offering to include training in Governance and Risk, working with RSL Queensland to support their local Sub-Branch Boards.
Due to our changing client base, and the need to embrace digital marketing, a rebadge and rebrand took place to capitalise on the great feedback from our loyal partners. Proven Safety Solutions came out on top!
Year 2023
A year where we are grateful to our clients.
Through our ongoing work with various organisations, our reputation is leading to greater opportunity. A number of medium sized organisations now retain Proven Safety Solutions to carry out routine work and assist in development and continuous improvement initiatives.
We also have a growing number of kindergartens who rely on us for annual safety audits. This is highly rewarding as this sector has such a valuable role to play in our community and margins are often tight.
As part of our community minded focus, we introduced discounts to this sector to minimise the risk of cost as a reason for not confirming a safe place for children.
Year 2024
This year was another year of change and growth. We met our objective to broaden our client base and ended the year ready for a successful 2025.
Our valued clients rewarded us with their support for another year, and we broadened our offering with significant clients, such as edf Renewables, and a number of national legal firms.
Word is getting out that we have the capability to provide efficient appraisals of management systems to ensure they meet the needs of the client’s circumstances.
Our relationship with PwC changed as their Audit Training Centre transitioned away from their brand to become Risk Training Professionals (RTP). Our Principal and Managing Director, Micheal Martin FAICD, now supports RTP in its efforts to improve the way management system audits add value and meet the needs of changing organisations.
Micheal Martin appeared on the Mastering Risk Management podcast where he encouraged all practitioners to “do the work” of those they seek to support. The feedback has been great and there is bound to be more of this in 2025.
