This session covers the requirements set out in various Australian Law for OHS management. The key elements are:
- Understand the obligations of a Person Conducting a Business or Undertaking (PCBU).
- Understand the role of an inspector, HSR and a union representative.
- Discuss the rights of a PCBU when a notice is issued.
On completion receive a summary of key considerations for developing practical lead indicators in your business.
